Overview
Relatives sent a lot of soy products, such as tofu skin, dried tofu, vegetarian chicken... I thought of ways to eat them! Today I’m going to put some sauce on it and bake it!

First put the tofu skin into boiling water and blanch it

Remove and drain the water, then use kitchen towel to absorb the water

Take a small bowl and add barbecue sauce

Add a spoonful of red oil

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce

Mix well

Apply evenly on the bean skin with a brush

Roll it up slowly, not too tightly, so that the sauce can go in easily

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes

After half the time, take it out and brush it with sauce again and sprinkle with cumin powder. Turn it over and brush it with sauce and powder again and bake again for about 4 minutes
