  1. Pick, wash and cut the spinach into sections and soak the vermicelli. Cut the onion into finely chopped green onion and cut the garlic into slices.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add vermicelli and spinach, add appropriate amount of water, add light soy sauce
