Continue to use the remaining ingredients to make a new dish - roasted chestnuts with golden dough ~ a very resounding name! Hehe~~Yeah~it tastes pretty good!

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the dumpling wrappers in half and place them in the egg liquid to soak them.

Heat the pan, pour oil, and after 7 or 8 minutes of cooking, turn down the heat and put the dumpling skins covered with egg liquid in and deep-fry.

Take out the fried golden dumpling skins, drain the oil and set aside.

Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, add a small spoonful of white sugar, stir evenly, and let the white sugar change color slightly. Be sure not to burn it.

Add the chopped red pepper, ginger, garlic and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.
