Soak the soybeans in water. (Takes approximately 4 hours).

Soak mushrooms, fungus, and tofu skin in warm water.

Put the soaked soybeans into the Joyoung soymilk machine. Add water to the center of the mark. Turn on the power, select the "Pure Fragrance" function, and let the soymilk machine start working.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add salt, light soy sauce, and starch and marinate for 20 minutes. (This is the working time of the soy milk machine)

Wash the cabbage in water and set aside.

Wash the carrots and cut them into strips, cut the tofu skin into shreds, wash the fungus and mushrooms and set aside.

After the soymilk machine finishes working, filter the soymilk and pour it into a casserole, put it on the fire and boil.

Add fungus, mushrooms and carrots and cook.

Add tofu skin, lean meat slices, and Chinese cabbage and cook.
