Wash the black beans and soak them in water for about 2 hours to make them bigger.

Cook for about half an hour until the beans are thoroughly cooked.

Put the beans into a blender, add a small amount of water to make a slurry, then pour it into a non-stick pan, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and oil, and stir continuously over high heat. If you add too much water before, the mixing time will be longer at this time. During the mixing process, pay attention to controlling the heat to prevent the soy milk from becoming mushy and splashing out.

When the water becomes less and less, the fire should be turned down a little, and the bean filling will slowly form into a ball. After frying, you can continue to put it on the pot and wait for the bean filling to evaporate again. Pack the bean filling in a clean, water-free plastic container.
