Braised prawns in tomato sauce

Trim off the whiskers, feet, and tips of the prawns

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines from the second section on the back of the shrimp

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, put the prawns in and fry half-fry until they change color and curl up

Serve out and set aside

Leave oil in the pan, add tomato paste and stir-fry

Add minced ginger and fried shrimps and stir-fry until each shrimp is coated with tomato sauce

Add cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce and salt and stir well, then add half a bowl of hot water and simmer for 3 minutes

Don’t drain all the juice and leave a little to turn off the heat
