Mixed jelly
Overview
It’s hard to buy jelly outside, because when making jelly, alum is added to ensure that the jelly is elastic and tastes good. Only when mung bean or pea starch is used, alum can be omitted. Because these two starches are expensive, merchants will not use them. If you want to eat healthy food, if you can do it yourself, then DIY it.
