  1. Wash the blue crabs, cut them into pieces and wrap them in flour.

  2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic

  3. Beat the eggs, mix well and set aside

  4. Oil and wine

  5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, use medium to low heat, don’t overheat it, this will cook easily~ Stir fry until everything turns red, take it out and set aside~

  6. Add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until the aroma comes out, then add the blue crabs. Add salt and cooking wine to the pot. A little wine is enough. Add a little sugar by the way. Then stir-fry, then pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry until the eggs are dry. That's it.
