Fried blue crab with eggs

The seafood in our coastal area is quite delicious. Many people like to cook it directly, which is more delicious. However, I personally prefer to cook it this way, so as not to be too fresh~

Wash the blue crabs, cut them into pieces and wrap them in flour.

Add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until the aroma comes out, then add the blue crabs. Add salt and cooking wine to the pot. A little wine is enough. Add a little sugar by the way. Then stir-fry, then pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry until the eggs are dry. That's it.
