Simple way to pickle delicious salted duck eggs
Overview
This is the third time I have pickled salted eggs this year. Each time I use different methods to pickle more and share it with more people. The duck eggs I use are from the ducks my cousin raises in the pond. The salted egg yolks are red and oily, which is particularly delicious. Today's method of pickling eggs is the simplest and easiest to master. It does not require any seasoning. It only uses salt and wine. The salted egg yolks are oily, but the egg whites are not so salty and have a good taste.

Steps
-
Choose fresh, crack-free duck eggs.
-
Soak it in water for a while and wash it clean. This will remove the protective film on the outside of the eggshell and the salty smell will easily enter.
-
Wipe it clean with kitchen paper and let it dry for a while. Do not marinate it in water, as it will easily deteriorate.
-
Prepare salt and strong white wine
-
First put the eggs in the wine and dip them evenly
-
Then roll a handful of salt in the salt and spread it evenly
-
Dip everything evenly and put it into the container
-
Cover and seal, and put a time label on the outside to prevent forgetting the marinating time
-
It will be ready to eat after twenty days. After one month, the yolk will be completely oily
