Golden Chicken Stick
Overview
For the golden chicken stick, chicken wing root is used. Fry the fascia connecting the bone and meat at the bottom of the chicken wing root. Then use a knife to cut the chicken leg meat along the bone to two-thirds. Finally, start to roll one end to one side, so that all the meat is piled on one end of the chicken wing root. From the appearance, it looks a bit like a small stick, which is marinated and then given a golden coat. Considering that the college entrance examination diet is light and healthy and avoids greasiness, we finally fry it in an air fryer, so that each cute golden chicken stick is ready.
