Overview

For the golden chicken stick, chicken wing root is used. Fry the fascia connecting the bone and meat at the bottom of the chicken wing root. Then use a knife to cut the chicken leg meat along the bone to two-thirds. Finally, start to roll one end to one side, so that all the meat is piled on one end of the chicken wing root. From the appearance, it looks a bit like a small stick, which is marinated and then given a golden coat.
