Remove the roots from the green onions, wash them and cut them into sections.

Wash the chicken breasts, cut into large pieces, and drain excess water with kitchen paper.

Mix fried chicken powder (Japanese) and purified water at a ratio of 1:1 to form a thin paste. Add the chicken pieces into the batter, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put all the green onions into the hot oil pan and fry over medium heat.
