Homemade potato chips
Overview
Yesterday, my colleagues gave me some potato chips to eat on the bus. My glutton was instantly aroused. Thinking about it, I haven’t eaten potato chips for a long time. Children who are afraid of obesity can’t afford to hurt them. When I saw the potatoes in the dormitory, I immediately wanted to do it. Foodies must be self-sufficient. The process is not complicated, and it tastes crispy and delicious (guaranteed). I left some for my colleagues and solved it while watching TV. But it’s better to do this kind of thing occasionally, otherwise you’ll feel guilty

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (I used a special tool to cut them, if not, just slice them)

Wash off the starch on the surface with clean water

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a small amount of salt, pour in potato slices and blanch for 30 seconds (do not blanch for too long, otherwise the potato slices will rot)

Remove from cold water and dry

Sift starch into the dried potato slices

Potato slices coated in starch

Heat oil in a pan until it is 60% hot, add potato slices and fry

Fry until golden brown, remove and drain the oil

Sprinkle black pepper powder, red pepper powder and cumin powder and mix well
