Yesterday, my colleagues gave me some potato chips to eat on the bus. My glutton was instantly aroused. Thinking about it, I haven’t eaten potato chips for a long time.   1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (I used a special tool to cut them, if not, just slice them)

  2. Wash off the starch on the surface with clean water

  3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a small amount of salt, pour in potato slices and blanch for 30 seconds (do not blanch for too long, otherwise the potato slices will rot)

  7. Heat oil in a pan until it is 60% hot, add potato slices and fry
