Remove the gills, internal organs and scales from the small sea fish (locally called Xiaobai Mier) and clean them

Change the auxiliary ingredients and set aside. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried red pepper

Slice the pork belly, add oil to the hot pan and add the pork belly

Stir-fry until the oil comes out

Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, and pepper and saute until fragrant

Lower the heat to low, add noodles, sugar, and stir-fry the noodle sauce until fragrant
