Overview

  1. Prepare raw materials

  2. Put the egg liquid, milk, sugar and yeast into the bread machine bucket

  4. Adjust to fast kneading setting for 20 minutes

  7. Check whether the glove film can be pulled out. If not, continue kneading for a while

  8. Put the dough into the bread machine bucket and turn it to the fermentation setting for 1 hour

  9. Ferment until it is 2.5 times the original size. Check whether the fermentation is in place. Dip a little flour with your finger and poke a hole in the dough. If it does not shrink back, it means it is fermented

  11. Roll it out into a long strip and cover it with grated coconut

  13. Roll into long strips and make into a wreath shape

  14. Place into bread machine bucket

  15. Second fermentation, then adjust to fermentation setting for 1 hour

  16. Check whether fermentation has reached 2.5 times of original size. If not, continue fermentation until fermentation reaches 2.5 times of original size

  17. Wrap tin foil around the outside of the bread machine barrel and turn to the baking setting for 35 minutes

  18. After 35 minutes, the toast was baked with a beautiful color and full flavor
