Braised rice with bacon and sausage
Overview
It’s hot and I don’t want to sit in front of the stove. I cut some side dishes, wash some rice, press the cooking button, and make seaweed and egg soup, it’s so comfortable!

Soak dried mushrooms in warm water in advance.

Prepare peas, corn kernels, and diced carrots.

Slice the bacon and sausage thinly, and dice the soaked mushrooms.

Wash the rice.

Pour in all the ingredients and mix evenly.

Just add the same amount of water as you normally would for cooking rice.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil, a little pepper, a little salt, and press the cooking button.

After the rice is cooked and simmered for five minutes, the aroma is fragrant.
