Ingredients
Steps
-
Fresh beef
-
After cutting into pieces, add warm water to cover the beef
-
Prepare half an onion, shred it into pieces and put it in a basin with beef and water. (Note: Be sure to tear it by hand, the flavor will be absorbed and the taste will be better.)
-
Crack an egg into a bowl with beef, onions and water and mix well. Add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of chicken essence, and 1/4 teaspoon of edible alkali. Place at room temperature of 20-25 degrees for five hours. (If you think the time is too long, add half a spoonful of meat tenderizer powder and put it in together with the salt, chicken essence, and edible alkali, and then leave it at room temperature of 20-25 degrees for two hours) Next, take out the tender beef, drain the water, and start cooking!
