The common ones we have include enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, straw mushrooms, button mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, etc. There are also some rare mushrooms such as mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms, truffles, Hericium erinaceus, etc. which also belong to the mushroom category. Generally, mushrooms can improve the body's immunity, inhibit the increase in cholesterol, promote blood circulation, lower blood pressure, and nourish the skin. They are also a good weight loss food. Using a variety of mushrooms to stew together is good news for office workers. They don’t have to spend a lot of time picking and washing vegetables. Then add some radishes and seasonal vegetables to stew together. It’s simple, quick, delicious, and most importantly, more nutritious and healthier~~~
