Chocolate Chip Cookies
Overview
Life is like chocolate, you never know what the next one will taste like. It was my first time to make chocolate chip cookies, and I was quite satisfied. Life is like this, as long as you do it with your heart, it will always give you a bright smile. The coffee cup is filled with milk tea, and the chocolate is in love with cookies... Bitter yet sweet, fragrant and not greasy. Ingredients: 40g dark chocolate, 170g cake flour, 80g whipping cream, 100g butter, 65g powdered sugar, 16g egg liquid, 15g cocoa powder, accessories: 2g salt

Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the whipped cream.

Heat over water and stir until melted, keep warm until used.

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt, mix briefly and then beat.

Add egg mixture in portions and beat well.

Add the chocolate cream from step 1 in 2 to 3 additions.

After adding, mix well.

Sift cocoa powder and cake flour, add and mix well with a spatula.

Choose your favorite flower nozzle and put it into a piping bag.

Squeeze into baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 18 minutes.

The baking time and temperature are subject to your own oven. The finished product can be sprinkled with some powdered sugar to make it sweeter.
