Crispy Fried Squid
Overview
The soft and tender squid is dipped in powder and fried until it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It has a crispy texture and further preserves the original juice of the squid. Not only is the skin crispy, but the meat of the squid is tender and juicy. It is irresistibly delicious!

Wash the thawed squid, add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper and cooking wine and marinate for more than 15 minutes;

Coat with crispy fried powder and press firmly,

Shake off the excess crispy fried flour, mix the crispy fried flour slurry according to the ratio (fried flour: water = 1:1.5).

Then roll the squid in the crispy fried batter

Heat oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, add squid and fry until golden brown

After controlling the oil, sprinkle with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy. I used a dipping sauce made by mixing chili powder, cumin powder, cooked sesame seeds, salt, white sugar and spicy fresh ingredients
