Put the raw peanuts in the oven and roast them over medium heat for seven or eight minutes. The time depends on the conditions of your own oven. It is best to open the oven and stir a few more times when baking, so that it will be heated more evenly. If you don’t have an oven, you can also fry it in a pot. Don’t add oil when dry frying over low heat! Or you can buy ready-made cooked peanuts, but if you ask me if garlic peanuts and alcoholic peanuts are allowed, forget it! Natural raw cooked peanuts!

-
After cooling, peel off the skin and use a rolling pin to crush the fried peanuts, not into powder but into pieces. When you roll the peanuts, they will quiver and roll, and when you press them gradually, they will be pressed more evenly, and not so much broken pieces will be produced.
-
Get your marshmallows ready.
-
Cut the marshmallows into uniformly sized pieces so they melt quickly when cooked.
-
Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it over low heat. Make sure it is non-stick and melt the butter over low heat. High heat will produce black spots and affect the appearance!
-
Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir with a silicone spatula! It must be a small fire! The silicone spatula is non-stick and is recommended!
-
When there are almost no lumps of marshmallow left, add milk powder and stir.

Add chopped peanuts and continue stirring.
-
Mix well.
-
Place into a non-stick mold and squeeze neatly while hot. Never answer a phone call and come back to get in shape, do it in one go, while it’s hot!
-
Put it in the refrigerator to speed up solidification, about ten minutes. Observe the temperature of your refrigerator at any time. The best time is when it feels like cutting soft rubber. Don't wait until it is completely hard before cutting. If it is too soft, it will stick, and if it is too hard, it will break.
-
Use a rolling pin gently on it as a ruler, and use a sharp large kitchen knife to slowly cut into strips like a saw. It doesn't matter if you sharpen the knife before cutting.
-
Wrap it in a layer of glutinous rice paper and then wrap it in your favorite candy wrapper. Isn’t it very special to use it as a gift?
