Cut the chicken into pieces, add light soy sauce, salt, oil, and sugar and marinate for 30 minutes.

Add corn starch to the marinated chicken and mix well.

Heat the pan, pour in the oil, then add the garlic, ginger slices and tempeh and sauté until fragrant.

Then add the chicken and stir-fry until one side of the chicken is set before turning it over.

Stir-fry chicken until golden brown on both sides.

Add appropriate amount of water, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
