Cut tofu into cubes.

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and chop the ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside.

Add ginger and garlic to the base oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.

When the cabbage is about to come out of the water, add tofu, salt, and soy sauce, and stir-fry for one minute.
