Overview
This is my first time posting a recipe, so please forgive me if I don’t make it well~~~

Steps
-
Take a piece of steak, wash it and dry it with kitchen paper. If you want a soft and tender texture, you can smash it with a steak mallet or the back of a knife. I personally feel that this piece of steak has been smashed when I bought it from the supermarket, so I didn’t do any more processing
-
Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper evenly on both sides of the steak and marinate for a while
-
While marinating the steak, prepare the side dishes. I chose zucchini and broccoli, but you can also choose mushrooms, carrots, asparagus, etc. ~
-
Cut into pieces of similar size and set aside
-
Heat the iron pot
-
While waiting for the iron pot, boil another pot of water and blanch vegetables for a while ~
-
After the iron pan is hot, add butter and turn it to medium to high heat
-
After the butter is completely melted, burn it for a while, because the butter is cold and will lower the temperature of the pot
-
Dang dang dang~ Let’s order the steak~
-
Well, everyone has opened it. You can put in the vegetables. Just cut them off because they will need to be re-cooked later
-
Fry the steak for 1.5-2 minutes and turn it over. Beginners can turn it frequently to avoid burning it~
-
After the steak is fried, add the blanched vegetables and sprinkle with freshly ground garlic salt. If you don’t have it, just sprinkle with salt. You can also add a little black pepper. I also like to put soy sauce, combining Chinese and Western, hahahahaha~
-
The final product, today’s steak has been frozen before, so I chose to fry it a little more cooked, at the cost of being... old...
-
Finally, add one that was fried before. The two steaks were bought together. Because I didn’t have time to cook them, I froze one. It turns out that the fresh ones are better~
