Braised salmon
Overview
Salmon has few bones and is very suitable for children to eat. I went to the supermarket and bought frozen salmon. It looked very fresh and the meat was very tender. Tried using the braised method and it was a success

Warm the salmon, wash it and drain it. Cut into large pieces.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

Add 3 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce to the prepared onions, ginger and garlic, and add a small spoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Heat a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil, and lightly fry the fish pieces.

Pour in the prepared seasoning and fry for another 1 minute.

Add water until the water and fish pieces are even. Cover and simmer over low heat.

After cooking for 5 minutes, add a few pieces of rock sugar.

Finally, add some chopped green onions and cook in a dry pot.
