Onion and pork pie
Overview
My child likes to eat the pie in the store very much. In order to make it successful, I went to the store to try it out. After I got home, I started making it in full swing. My husband and children gave it great praise. The taste of this pie is on par with the ones in the store. This time I used hot noodles for the dough, add 2/3 boiling water and 1/3 cold water to knead the dough. Crispy skin, soft dough, juicy filling, paired with a bowl of porridge, it's a delicious breakfast.
