First make the pearls - pour water and brown sugar into a pot and bring to a boil. Then turn to minimum heat.

Pour in the boiled black tea water and then milk. The ratio is 3:1. This way it tastes very good. If you like a strong milky flavor, add more milk. If you like a strong tea flavor, add tea. You can choose as much sweetness as you like.
