Overview
The bacon is pickled in smoked oil, paired with the fresh and sweet asparagus and soft and tender mushroom strips, it will be 80 points! Great as a seasonal dish or as an appetizer.

Slice the bacon and then cut into strips; cut the king oyster mushrooms into long strips and set aside

Scrape off the old skin from the rear section of asparagus and cut into small sections; slice the garlic and cut the pepper into rings

Dry-fry mushroom strips in a hot pan (no need to add oil) until slightly brown and slightly burnt, remove and set aside

Heat the oil in a pan over low heat and fry the bacon strips until fragrant. Add the garlic slices (& chili rings) and stir-fry until fragrant

Add asparagus segments and stir-fry, add a little water & rice wine and stir-fry until fragrant, simmer for a while

Return the mushroom strips to the pot, add salt to taste, and serve on a plate.
