Prepare 400g peanuts, 50g each black and white sesame seeds, and 50g maltose

Roast the peanuts in the oven (don’t get confused). I bake them at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, and then bake them for another 15 minutes while stirring. You can also cook them in a microwave, fry them in a pan, or fry them

Stir-fry black and white sesame seeds and set aside

After the peanuts are cooled, peel them and set aside.

Add a little water to the pot, pour in sugar and maltose and stir until it becomes sticky.

Pour the peanuts into the boiled syrup, sprinkle in the black and white sesame seeds, and stir-fry quickly (so that the peanuts and black and white sesame seeds are coated in the syrup)

Line the box prepared in advance with oiled paper, pour the peanuts, black and white sesame seeds wrapped in syrup onto the oiled paper, cover it with another layer of oiled paper, and press it flat to shape.
