Step one: Prepare and wash the ingredients.

Step 2: Make the sauce. Use a small bowl to add water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, starch, and oyster sauce, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3: Cut the Pleurotus eryngii diagonally into 3-4cm thick oval or round shapes, and mark them as shown in the picture.
