When the noodles are ready, we prepare the ingredients, cut the sauerkraut into pieces, (you can also add green vegetables according to personal preference), mince the garlic, chop the green onion, stir-fry the sauerkraut in a super pot, and then add half a basin of water until the water boils

Wake up half an hour later and roll out the dough with a rolling pin, as shown in the picture. Then hold the dough pieces piece by piece with your hands until they are long and thin. When the water boils, you can put it in the pot and cook it for 5 minutes

Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the pot and add a little soy sauce, chopped green onion, and chicken essence. If you want it spicy, you can also add some chili oil for a better taste
