Chicken Mushroom Soup
Overview
When I usually make soup, if I plan to make a soup with Chinese medicinal materials, I usually don’t add other ingredients. The soup is very fragrant. This time I want to change it and specially add some mushrooms to cook it together. In addition to the fragrant flavor, it also adds the fresh taste brought out by the mushrooms. There is a new change in the taste, and the mushrooms also absorb the excess oil, making the soup taste better.
