Niu Mo King
Overview
There is some leftover roasted beef at home, which is a bit hard to eat. There is some beef in the refrigerator for a few days. You can't just cope with eating at home. To love yourself is to love your family. I thought of making it myself, so I came up with a name myself since I didn’t have a name - Niu Mo King!

Prepare the ingredients, cut and set aside, and slice the beef. Soak the vermicelli in warm water.
