I joined a group that sells vegetables and found that quail eggs were much cheaper than usual. I bought 5 kilograms and started making spiced quail eggs.

Wash the quail eggs with water.

Put in the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Five spices: Sichuan peppercorns, anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, angelica and dark soy sauce.
