  1. Wash the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Put it in the pot and steam it. About 25 minutes or so.

  7. Pour oil into the pan, place the pumpkin cakes one by one in the pan, flatten them with a wooden spatula, and brush the pumpkin cakes with a brush dipped in oil. Flip it back and forth and wait for about two minutes until it's done. It’s ready to eat
