Overview

Prepare ingredients: chestnuts and a casserole

First wash the chestnuts with water

Place the chestnut with the bulging side up on the cutting board. Use the back of a knife to pat it a few times with a little force, and a gap will naturally open. Note: Do not pat it too hard, otherwise it will break into pieces

Next, wipe the new Kunbo Heile casserole clean with a wrung wet towel or kitchen paper (especially note that the casserole used for barbecue must be dry, and do not wash it with water!)

Put the casserole on the stove, just spread the processed chestnuts in a layer. Don't be greedy, otherwise it will be heated unevenly. There is no need for tinfoil or oil, isn't it very convenient

Cover the pot and grill over high heat, shaking the pot every two or three minutes to let it heat evenly

There will be water vapor during the baking process. At this time, you can open the lid once to release the water vapor, and then continue baking with the lid on (be sure to wear thicker gloves, because the temperature of the casserole will be as high as five or six hundred degrees at this time)
