Steps
-
After the egg yolks and whites are separated, add powdered sugar and salt to the egg yolks and stir well with a hand mixer
-
Add milk and mix well
-
Add salad oil and use a hand whisk to emulsify (that is, stir for about five minutes until the egg yolk becomes milky white)
-
Sift in low-gluten flour
-
Use a hand whisk to make a Z-shape and mix well
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites
-
Use an electric mixer to beat the fish until it becomes foamy, then add one-third of the sugar
-
Continue to beat at high speed until finely foamed, then add the second sugar
-
Continue beating until fine lines disappear and then add the last amount of sugar
-
Beat until it forms an upright peak when lifted up with a whisk
-
Take one-third of the egg whites and add it to the egg yolk paste, and mix well using the stirring and cutting techniques.
-
Mix well and then pour into the remaining protein bowl and mix well using the same method
-
Mix well and pour into a six-inch mold. Shake twice
-
Put it into the middle and lower layers of the oven that has been preheated at 150 degrees for ten minutes (the oven temperature depends on the temperament of your own oven, mine is the temperature of an ACA38 liter oven)
-
Bake for one hour
-
After coming out of the oven, shake it twice and immediately flip it upside down
-
After unmoulding, wrap a circle of silk thread around it and cut it into two pieces
-
Spread with whipped cream and fruit (add fruit as you like)
-
Place another piece of cake and make a small hole to put in the fuzzy doll. Spread butter on the surface and around it
-
Take an appropriate amount of butter and add a drop of red food coloring, put it into a piping bag and cut small openings for decoration
-
Put the buttercream into a piping bag and cut a small opening to squeeze out bubbles. Also squeeze a few on the side for a better look!
