Ingredients: Chayote, squid (washed and blanched), Kaiyang

Soak the Kaiyang in hot water and set aside.

Wash and peel the chayote.

Place on a chopping board and cut and core.

Cut into slices and set aside.

Place the washed and blanched squid on the chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the sliced chayote and soaked Kaiyang and stir-fry.

Then, add the sliced squid and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season, stir-fry and serve.

Remove from pan and plate.
