Grilled Eggplant
Overview
If you like eggplant, it can be stewed in oil, served cold, or made into eggplant boxes, or fancy, fried or braised. It is delicious. This time I baked it in the oven, it was no worse than the ones at the barbecue stalls on the street.

Grow the eggplants, wash them and leave the stems on.

Cut in half, then cut in half again to connect the stems.

Serve on the oven.
