Beat the eggs and set aside.

Pick the dandelions, wash them and drain them.

Pour a little oil into a non-stick pan, add egg liquid and stir-fry until solidified, then remove.

Heat the oil in another pan, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry.

Add dandelions and stir-fry.

Add some very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry.

Finally add some salt and mix thoroughly.
