Ham mooncake and vegetable soup
Overview
Every year after the Mid-Autumn Festival, there are so many mooncakes that you can't finish eating. It would be a waste of food if you throw them away. If you don't throw away the mooncakes, eating too many mooncakes will be high in oil and sugar, which is not good for your health. I had no choice but to find ways to make mooncakes healthier. There was beef heart and cabbage at home today, so I picked a ham mooncake and cooked a bowl of soup with the beef heart and cabbage. It tasted pretty good.
