Potato Croquette
Overview
Potato croquettes have nothing to do with the usual drink cola. The main raw material is potatoes, which are fried. The potato croquettes I made this time were made with pork filling, and there was one thing that surprised me. There was no bread crumbs at home and I was too lazy to go out to buy them, so I baked the existing bread at home and ground it a little with a food processor. But I saw that it was a little too finely ground, so I thought about it and added some sesame seeds to it. Unexpectedly, after frying, the sesame-scented potato croquettes became more flavorful, more fragrant than the ones I had fried before using just bread crumbs. By accident, I will do this again next time.
