Wash and cut vegetables

Rinse the beef first to remove the blood

Add the scallion, ginger and cooking wine to the beef that has drained out of the water and cook for 2 hours until tender

Remove the onions and ginger from the cooked beef and set aside

Pour the beef and soup into the wok, add a small cup of red wine and sugar and simmer
