Steamed oysters with garlic vermicelli

I accidentally bought a box of oysters today and am going to make steamed oysters with garlic vermicelli.

Get the oysters ready.

Wash the oyster meat. There won't be much sediment in the oyster, so just rinse it with water and it will retain its freshness.

Wash the oyster shells and place the oysters on the shells.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft and put it on top of the oyster meat.

Add water to the steamer and steam for 5 to 10 minutes.

Chop the garlic cloves, the green onions, and the peppers and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, then add minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of oil and soy sauce, stir-fry and sprinkle on the oyster meat, then sprinkle with chopped pepper, minced shallots, and minced pepper.
