Pork ribs mixed with garlic paste

Pork ribs mixed with garlic paste

Overview

I don’t know what my son’s dream was the night before. He told his mother that he dreamed of a bone, which I thought was cute. So I said if you want to chew bones, mom can do it for you. Well, it’s similar to the technique of mixing white meat. It’s suitable for people who like to eat large pieces of meat.

  1. Wash the ribs. I bought two kilograms of complete ribs, and asked the butcher to slaughter both ends of the ribs together and stew them in soup; the middle ribs were butchered separately to make mixed ribs.

  2. Put the ribs into a pot of cold water and grill, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the ribs from the pot where the blood foam was collected to another pot where the water has been boiled. Rinse off the blood foam on the ribs when removing them.

  4. Add cooking ingredients and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.

  5. After cooking the ribs, add an appropriate amount of salt and shake the pot. When the salt melts, the broth will pour on the ribs. There is no need to take the ribs out, just soak them and let them cool naturally. It would be better if there is less salt, because light soy sauce will be added when mixing.

  6. Prepare the sauce: mash garlic, chop half of the chili pepper, mix with light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and chicken essence, then pour it on the ribs, and finally pour a spoonful of chili oil.

  7. In fact, the cooked pork ribs are delicious when eaten directly without mixing the sauce. I forgot to take a picture of the ribs that my son ate directly without mixing the sauce.
