Originally, I would never consider buying a whole chicken when I'm at home, because I'm afraid I won't be able to finish it. But today I saw this chicken was pretty good, so I bought one.

  1. Stir all marinade ingredients together.

  2. Prepare a three-yellow chicken, clean it, cut off the butt, head and feet.

  4. Pour the marinade from step 1 and rub it over the chicken repeatedly, not sparing the chicken belly.

  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside to marinate for 2 hours, turning the chicken over during this time.

  7. Drizzle the chicken with salad oil.

  8. Once steamed and once super-cooked, the chicken is cooked very well but not to the point of breaking the skin.

  9. Open the lid and the color of the chicken is very beautiful.
