Shredded chicken porridge

Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour.

Shredded chicken (I don’t like to eat soup residue when making chicken soup, so I tear the chicken into shreds and make porridge without wasting it).

Put the two ingredients into the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water.

Close the lid and press the porridge button for about 45 minutes to complete.

When the porridge is ready, add some salt.

Serve it in a bowl, add some chopped green onion, and enjoy the hot nutritious porridge.
