Five-spice grilled squid rings

This is an earlier recipe. Ever since I bought my first ACA16L small oven, I have had another option for cooking delicious food. Squid is my child's favorite. Before the oven, I mainly stir-fried ~ Korean squid and served it in hot pot; after getting the oven, I switched to grilling the squid~~`

Prepare all ingredients

Remove the black membrane from fresh squid and clean it

Cut squid rings

Place the squid rings in a small dish and add 2 teaspoons of salt

Half a spoonful of black pepper, five-spice powder, and a little cooking wine

Mix well and marinate for about 1 hour

Prepare the dipping sauce: Pour an appropriate amount of bread crumbs and a little cumin powder into a plate and mix well

After marinating, add appropriate amount of starch and mix well

Pick a squid ring and cover it with egg liquid and take it out

Put it in the sticky powder and roll it around

Put them into the baking pan one by one

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven: 200 degrees upper and lower heat, bake for 15 minutes, turn to 220 degrees, bake for another 10 minutes
