The carp bought in the supermarket has been cleaned, rinsed and drained when brought back.

Cut the flower knife deeper.

A flower knife is also cut out on the other side.

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and white pepper and rub all over the fish and marinate for 2 hours.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and press the fish from the middle to both sides so that the fish lies on the baking sheet. (My language skills are poor, please look at the pictures)

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, place the baking sheet on the lower shelf and bake for 20 minutes.
