Overview
The autumn lentils sent by relatives were grown by myself and were a bit old, so I simmered them in high-fat oil.

Wash the autumn lentils, tear off the old tendons and break them into pieces.

Blanch the autumn lentils and set aside.

Heat oil, sauté chopped green onions, add umami soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add autumn lentils and stir well. Cover the pot and simmer.
