Rinse the sea rice and soak it in warm water until soft. Remove and drain, and reserve the soup for soaking the dried shrimps.

Peel, peel, and slice the winter melon, and mince the green onions and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon and stir-fry.

Sauté until the winter melon softens slightly, then set aside.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add chopped green onions and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the winter melon and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the soup used to soak the dried shrimps. If the soup is too little, add a little less water, cover and simmer over medium heat for a while.

Cook until the soup is reduced and the winter melon is cooked, add salt to taste.
